Sagitta

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Sagitta puzzle game (“Sagitta”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Sagitta is published by MJK APPS SRL. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@fluttech.com.

In short:

1. Information we process

On your device only

Your puzzle progress, in-progress boards, solve times, streaks, drops balance and app settings are stored locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you sign in and use cloud sync (below).

Account & cloud sync

Sagitta uses Firebase Authentication. When you choose to play as a guest, an anonymous account (a random identifier with no personal details) is created so your progress can be saved to the cloud and you can appear on leaderboards. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider. With Apple you may choose “Hide My Email”, in which case we only ever receive a private relay address.

When you are signed in, the following is stored in Cloud Firestore and linked to your account:

Your display name and your scores (daily solve time and arrows cleared) are visible to other players on the public leaderboards. We also keep a single aggregate statistic — the highest level reached by any player — which contains no personal information.

Feedback

If you send feedback from within the app, we store the message you write together with your app version and your account identifier so we can understand and follow up on the issue.

Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played so we can improve it. This records events such as which screens you open, starting and finishing puzzles (with the puzzle’s move count, time and mistakes), daily-challenge and event progress, tutorial steps, drops earned and spent, ads watched, and settings you change. These events are tied to your Firebase account identifier (a random internal id, not your name or email) and to broad, non-identifying signals such as your app version, device model, operating-system version and general region. We use this in aggregate to see how far players get and where they drop off; we do not use it to identify you personally.

Crash and error reports

We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to be told when the app crashes or hits an error. A report may include the type of crash, a stack trace, your app version, and device and operating-system details, tagged with your Firebase account identifier so we can line up a crash with the session it happened in. Crash reporting is not available on the web version.

Advertising

Sagitta shows rewarded video ads supplied by Google AdMob in a single place — the Drops screen (and the “out of lives” offer) — and only when you choose to watch one in exchange for drops. There are no banner ads, interstitials or ads during a puzzle, and ads only appear on the Android and iOS versions. To serve these ads, AdMob may collect and use device and usage information, including a mobile advertising identifier, device signals and coarse location, in line with the Google advertising policies. On iOS you can limit this from Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising; on Android from Settings → Google → Ads. We do not receive or store this advertising data ourselves.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your data and we do not combine your analytics or crash data with the advertising data used by AdMob to build a marketing profile of you.

3. Service providers

We rely on the following providers to run these features:

4. Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing. The only information visible to other people is the display name and scores you publish to the leaderboards. Google, as the provider of Analytics, Crashlytics and AdMob, processes the data described above under its own privacy policy; AdMob uses advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads.

5. Keeping and deleting your data

6. Your rights (EU/EEA — GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. The quickest way to erase your data is the in-app Delete account option; otherwise contact us.

Our legal bases for processing are: performing our contract with you, to provide the features you request (account, sync, leaderboards); our legitimate interest in keeping the game working, understanding how it is used and responding to your feedback (analytics and crash reporting); and, where required, your consent for personalised advertising, which you can manage through the device advertising settings noted above.

7. Children

Sagitta is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children below the age of consent in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Cloud data is protected by Firebase security rules so that each account can only write its own records.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, note it in the app.
