Drop Balance
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Drop Balance puzzle game (“Drop Balance”, “the app”), published by MJK APPS SRL (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Drop Balance for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the app or its content.
2. Accounts
An account is optional. You can play as a guest, in which case the app creates an anonymous identifier for itself so your progress can be mirrored to our server and so a board row has something to be filed under; it holds no personal details.
You may instead sign in with Apple or Google, which attaches your progress to that account so it survives a new device or a reinstall. There is still no Drop Balance password to register or lose: the sign-in happens between you and Apple or Google, and what we receive is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping control of the Apple or Google account you use, and for any play that happens under it.
You can sign out at any time from Settings → Account → Sign out, and delete your account and the data filed under it from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We may suspend or delete an account that breaches section 3.
Your identity on the public boards is a display name — your Apple or Google account name if you signed in, otherwise a handle the game generates. You can change it, or leave the boards entirely, from Settings → Account — see section 4.
3. Fair play and acceptable use
When using Drop Balance you agree not to:
- cheat, falsify or manipulate scores, times or board standings;
- choose a display name that impersonates another person, or that is offensive, hateful, deceptive or otherwise inappropriate;
- attempt to access, modify or interfere with other players’ data;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt or overload the app or its services;
- use the app for any unlawful purpose.
We may remove board rows and display names that breach these rules, and may block a device or identifier from the boards. If you see a name that should not be there, long-press its row on the board and choose Report name — a person reads every report.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the display name you choose and for any feedback you send us. By publishing a board row you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that name together with your score to other players, for as long as the row exists. By sending feedback you allow us to read it, store it and act on it in order to improve the app.
Your results stand on the boards as part of playing. You can withdraw your name and scores at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, which deletes your board rows together with the rest of your account, immediately and permanently. Where a row cannot be reached from your device — an older daily board, say — write to contact@fluttech.com and we will remove it.
5. Intellectual property
The app, including its levels, physics, artwork, design, name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it except as permitted by applicable law.
6. Availability of the service
The game itself plays offline: levels, the daily challenge, Endless and Zen all run with no network connection. The online parts — the public boards, the cloud copy of your progress and the feedback form — are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. They may be slow, unavailable or interrupted, and we may add, change or discontinue them at any time. A board that cannot be reached says so rather than showing you stale standings.
7. Advertising and purchases
Drop Balance is supported by advertising and by one optional purchase. We show sponsored cards inside the lists on the app’s menu and progress screens — each one marked SPONSORED and framed apart from the rows around it — and a small banner in the strip above the board while you play a campaign level or the daily challenge, where it covers no part of the game and never interrupts one in progress. Zen and Endless carry no ads at all. We also offer optional reward clips: a full-screen ad that starts only when you choose to watch one from the card in the shop, in exchange for in-game pins. Nothing in the game requires you to watch one. What data is processed for advertising, who our advertising partners are and your consent options — including the choice between personalised and non-personalised ads, and where to change it — are explained in our Privacy Policy: fluttech.com/balance/privacy_policy.html on the web, and Settings → Privacy Policy inside the app.
Drop Balance offers one optional purchase: a one-time premium unlock that removes the sponsored cards and the banner above the board, and includes every paid level pack, released or still to come. It is a single purchase rather than a subscription — you buy it once and keep it — and it is never required: the campaign, the daily challenge, Endless and Zen are complete and free without it. The reward clip is not removed by it, because that one only ever runs when you ask for it.
The price is shown to you by the App Store or Google Play, in your own currency, before you confirm anything, and the payment is taken and processed entirely by Apple or Google — we never see, receive or hold your payment details. Your purchase belongs to the App Store or Google Play account you bought it with, and not to a Drop Balance account: to get it back on a new device or after a reinstall, sign in to that same store account, and on iOS use Restore purchases in the shop. A purchase made on one platform does not carry across to the other — the App Store and Google Play each keep their own record, and neither can see the other's. Deleting your Drop Balance account, or deleting the app, does not cancel, refund or remove a store purchase: it stays with your store account, where we can neither reach nor undo it. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; write to them rather than to us, though we are happy to help you find the right form.
Pins are earned, never bought, and there is no currency you can buy. The pins you earn — including by choosing to watch a reward ad — have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for anything outside the app, and may be reset or discontinued if the game changes.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it, which removes your local progress; the deletion routes in section 5 of the Privacy Policy cover anything left on our side. We may remove board rows, or block an identifier from the boards, if these Terms are breached.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, note significant changes in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and are subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
