Delete your Brokk account

If you signed in to Brokk with Apple or Google, you have an account record with us: your e-mail address, the name the provider handed over and the provider's user identifier. If you are on the leaderboards, you also have score rows there, each carrying a name, a score and the time it was written. You can delete all of it in two ways. Your game progress is not part of it — it lives on your device only.

1. In the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. You are asked to sign in once more to prove it is you, and the record is removed immediately, together with your leaderboard rows; for an Apple account the token Apple issued to Brokk is revoked at the same time. The app returns to an anonymous session and the progress on your device is untouched.

2. By e-mail

Write to contact@fluttech.com from the e-mail address tied to your sign-in, with the subject Brokk account deletion. We delete the account and its leaderboard rows within 30 days and confirm by reply. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, write from the relay address Apple created for Brokk.

What is deleted, and what is not

• Deleted: your Firebase Authentication record — e-mail address, display name and provider user identifier.
• Deleted: your rows on the weekly and all-time leaderboards.
• Anonymised: your rows on the daily boards. A day's board is a shared record of who played that fortress that day, so the row stays and the name on it is replaced with "—". Nothing on the row identifies you afterwards.
• How far it reaches: the app clears the last 30 days of daily rows and the current and previous week — everything a player could plausibly still be looked up on. If you want an older row cleared too, write to us and we do it by hand.
• Not affected: progress, settings and the nickname stored on your device (erase them in Settings → Progress → Erase progress or Fresh install, or uninstall the app). This version stores nothing else about your game in our cloud — no cloud save.
• Crash reports already sent carry no account identity and expire after 90 days.
