Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Kuadra account and the data we hold about you. Kuadra is published by MJK APPS SRL. If you have any trouble with the steps below, email contact@fluttech.com and we will delete your account for you.
In short:
- You can delete your account directly from inside the Kuadra app.
- Your profile, progress, stats and identity records are erased.
- Crash diagnostics are anonymized and aged out automatically.
- There is no waiting period — deletion is immediate.
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Kuadra on your device.
- Tap the Settings tab.
- Under Profile, tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
For accounts signed in with Google or Apple, the app may ask you to re-authenticate with your provider before deletion completes — this is a security requirement and takes a few seconds.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app (for example, you have already uninstalled it), email contact@fluttech.com from the address associated with your Kuadra account, with the subject "Delete my Kuadra account". We will action the request within 14 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
When you delete your account we permanently erase:
- your Firebase authentication record (your account itself);
- your display name and profile;
- your puzzle progress, best times and streak history;
- your daily-challenge results;
- your all-time leaderboard entry;
- any feedback messages you sent from inside the app, linked to your account.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Daily and weekly leaderboard snapshots from past periods may persist briefly after deletion and then age out automatically. They do not contain your email or any identifier that can be linked back to you after your account is gone.
- Crash diagnostics collected via Firebase Crashlytics are not linked to your account email and are retained by Google for up to 90 days as part of the Crashlytics service, after which they are removed automatically.
- Backups at our service providers may take up to 30 days to age out, after which no copy of your data remains.
Local data on your device
Puzzle progress and settings stored locally on your device are removed when you uninstall Kuadra. Deleting your account from inside the app also clears the local copy of your synced data on that device.
