These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Magnet Hunter arcade game ("Magnet Hunter", "the app", "we", "us"), published by Fluttech. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Magnet Hunter for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the app or its content.
You can play as a Guest (an anonymous session) or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
When using Magnet Hunter you agree not to:
We may remove leaderboard entries, reset scores, or restrict or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
You are responsible for the display name and any feedback you submit. You must not use names or content that are offensive, infringing, deceptive or otherwise inappropriate. By choosing a display name you allow us to show it, together with your score and run duration, on the public daily leaderboard. We may remove names or content we consider inappropriate.
The app — including its missions, expeditions, design, name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it except as permitted by applicable law.
The app and its online features (such as cloud sync and the daily leaderboard) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may add, change or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, note significant changes in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's country of establishment, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and are subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
