Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Rings of Time mobile game ("the app"), published by Fluttech (MJK APPS SRL) ("we"). By installing or playing the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the app on devices you own or control, for private, non- commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, or the minimum age required for a Google or Apple account in your country if that is higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You can play the entire game without an account. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional, and its only purpose is to keep your progress safe across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure; we cannot restore progress attached to an account you can no longer access.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. What that removes is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Rings-seeds and in-game help

Rings-seeds are an in-game token, earned by solving levels cleanly. They can be spent on hints, on revealing the next move, and on similar assistance.

• Seeds cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money or anything of value outside the game.
• They are a licensed feature of the game, not your property, and they hold no monetary value.
• We may change the cost, the earning rules, or the balance of seeds as we tune the game, and we may reset balances affected by a bug or by manipulation.
• Seeds are tied to your progress: uninstalling without being signed in loses them, and deleting your account deletes them.

The app currently contains no in-app purchases. If we ever add them, these terms will be updated first.

5. Advertising

The app is funded by advertising. It shows banner ads, and offers optional rewarded video ads that unlock the solution replay for a level. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice — nothing in the game is unreachable without it.

Ads are supplied by Google AdMob, and we do not control which specific ad you see. Advertised products and services are the responsibility of their advertisers, not ours. Interfering with the display of ads, or generating ad impressions or clicks by automated means, is a breach of these terms.

6. The Daily Garden leaderboard

Taking part in the daily leaderboard is optional. If you do take part, these rules apply:

• Choose a nickname that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, or the real name of another person, and that does not impersonate anyone. We may change or remove a nickname that breaks this rule, without notice.
• Submit your own results, played in the app. Modifying the app, tampering with the network traffic, automating play, or using multiple accounts to influence a ranking will get the result removed and may get the account terminated.
• Only your first solution of a given day counts, and results cannot be edited afterwards. This is deliberate: the day's ranking is a shared record.
• Rankings, and the rules that produce them, may change as we improve the game.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it; circumvent its technical protections; access our servers other than through the app; disrupt or overload our services; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

8. Ownership

The app and its contents — the software, the puzzles, the artwork, the audio and the written text — are the work of MJK APPS SRL or of its licensors, and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app, except to the extent that applicable law expressly allows it.

The nickname you choose remains yours to change; by submitting it you allow us to display it in the leaderboard inside the app.

9. Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, levels and content, and we may suspend or discontinue the online parts of the service (content downloads, cloud saves, leaderboards). We will try to give reasonable notice in the app before shutting an online feature down. Content already installed on your device generally keeps working offline.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the online features if you materially breach these terms — in particular by cheating or by abusing the leaderboard. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, and delete your account as described in section 3.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost progress, or for loss of in-game items, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

12. App-store terms

Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you installed it from. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or for support of it. Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, where the publisher is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts there.
