Drop Balance
Delete your account
Last updated: 5 August 2026
This page explains how to permanently delete your Drop Balance account and the data we hold about you. Drop Balance is published by MJK APPS SRL. If you have any trouble with the steps below, email contact@fluttech.com and we will delete your account for you.
In short:
- You can delete your account directly from inside the Drop Balance app.
- Your account, your synced progress and your leaderboard entries are erased.
- There is no waiting period — deletion is immediate.
- Progress saved locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Drop Balance on your device.
- Tap the Me tab, then the gear icon to open Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
For accounts signed in with Google or Apple, the app may ask you to sign in again with your provider before deletion completes — this is a security requirement and takes a few seconds.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app (for example, you have already uninstalled it), email contact@fluttech.com from the address associated with your Drop Balance account, with the subject "Delete my Drop Balance account". We will action the request within 14 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
When you delete your account we permanently erase:
- your Firebase authentication record (your account itself);
- your synced save — level stars, world progress, pins, achievements, daily-challenge history and streaks;
- your leaderboard entries and the display name shown on them, across the daily board and both endless boards.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Feedback messages you sent from inside the app are kept so we can reply to them, and are not removed automatically by account deletion. Ask us in the same email and we will delete them too.
- Purchase records for any premium purchase are retained as accounting and tax records, as we are required to do by law. They hold the transaction, the store and the price — not your gameplay.
- Crash diagnostics collected via Firebase Crashlytics are not linked to your email and are retained by Google for up to 90 days as part of the Crashlytics service, after which they are removed automatically.
- Analytics events describe how the game is used, not who used it, and are aggregated by Firebase Analytics. They cannot be traced back to your account once it is gone.
- Leaderboard snapshots from past days and weeks may persist briefly and then age out automatically. They carry no email or identifier that can be linked back to you after your account is deleted.
- Backups at our service providers may take up to 30 days to age out, after which no copy of your data remains.
Local data on your device
Drop Balance keeps a copy of your progress and settings on the device itself, so the game works offline. Deleting your account removes the synced copy from our servers but leaves that local copy in place — it is erased when you uninstall the app.
Playing without an account
You can play Drop Balance without ever signing in. A guest save lives only on your device, and there is nothing on our servers to delete — uninstalling the app removes it. Joining a leaderboard is the point at which a display name and a score become public; you can leave the boards from Settings without deleting your account.
