Every square follows from the three rules below. Work them against each other and the board resolves itself — there is exactly one answer, and logic alone will find it.

00 is fine, 111 is not — in rows and in columns alike.

Every row and column holds as many 0s as 1s: three of each on a 6×6 grid.
