Doodleforce
Delete your account
Last updated: 24 June 2026
This page explains how to permanently delete your Doodleforce account and the data we hold about you — directly inside the app, or by email. Doodleforce is published by MJK APPS SRL.
In short:
- You can delete your account and all its data directly inside the Doodleforce app.
- Your profile, stars, cleared-level count, daily results and leaderboard entries are erased, along with your on-device progress.
- Deletion is immediate — there is no waiting period.
- Crash diagnostics are anonymized and age out automatically.
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Doodleforce on your device.
- Tap the You tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, the app may ask you to re-authenticate first — this confirms it is really you and takes a few seconds. Once confirmed, your account and cloud data are removed straight away and your on-device progress is wiped, returning the app to a fresh state.
Delete by email
If you cannot open the app (for example, you have already uninstalled it), email contact@fluttech.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my Doodleforce account”. If you signed in with Apple’s “Hide My Email”, include the nickname you play under so we can locate your profile. We will verify the request, action it within 14 days, and reply when it is done. There is no charge.
What is deleted
When you delete your account we permanently erase:
- your Firebase authentication record (your account itself);
- your nickname and profile;
- your stars total and number of cleared levels;
- your daily-challenge results and your entry on the current daily and weekly boards;
- your all-time leaderboard entry;
- your on-device level progress, settings and key balance (when you delete from inside the app).
What may be kept, and for how long
- Daily and weekly leaderboard snapshots from past periods may persist briefly after deletion and then age out automatically. They do not contain your email or any identifier that can be linked back to you once your account is gone.
- Crash diagnostics collected via Firebase Crashlytics are not linked to your account email and are retained by Google for up to 90 days as part of the Crashlytics service, after which they are removed automatically.
- Backups at our service providers may take up to 30 days to age out, after which no copy of your data remains.
Local data on your device
When you delete your account from inside the app, your on-device level progress, settings and key balance are erased too — the app resets to a fresh state and signs you out. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data. (Deleting your account by email removes your cloud data; any progress still on your device is removed when you uninstall.)
