Doodleforce

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Doodleforce physics puzzle game (“Doodleforce”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Doodleforce is published by MJK APPS SRL. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@fluttech.com.

In short:

1. Information we process

On your device only

Your level progress, stars, best results, streaks, key balance and app settings — and the nickname you play under — are stored locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you sign in (below).

Account & cloud sync

Doodleforce uses Firebase Authentication. You can play the whole game without an account. When you first launch the app we may create an anonymous play session so you can pick a nickname and appear on the leaderboards under it; this is not linked to your name or email. Cloud features tied to your identity — keeping a profile in the cloud across devices — only begin if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple. When you do, we receive your name and email address from that provider. With Apple you may choose “Hide My Email”, in which case we only ever receive a private relay address.

When you have a cloud profile, the following is stored in Cloud Firestore and linked to your account:

Your nickname and your scores (stars, cleared levels and daily times) are visible to other players on the public leaderboards.

Usage analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand, in aggregate, how the game is used — for example which screens and features are used, how levels are started and completed, and where players run into difficulty — so we can improve the app. These events are tied to a random, app-generated instance identifier, not to your name or email, and we review them only in aggregate for our own internal product analysis. We do not use them to build advertising profiles, and we do not share them with third parties for their own purposes. On iOS you are shown Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and analytics are gathered only with your agreement; on every platform you can turn analytics off at any time in You → Settings → Privacy, or remove all cloud data by deleting your account.

Crash diagnostics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to record crashes so we can fix bugs. A crash report may include your device model, operating-system version, app version and a technical stack trace. It is used only to diagnose and fix problems, not to identify or track you. Crash collection follows the same privacy choice as analytics.

Keys

Doodleforce uses Keys as an in-game currency: you earn one key each time you complete the Daily challenge, and spend keys to permanently unlock levels in the final chapter. Keys are tracked on your device, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are used only inside the app.

Sharing the app

If you choose to share the app, your device’s own share sheet opens with a short message and a link to the app’s store page. No personal information is included, and the link is sent only to whomever you choose.

2. How we use your information

3. Service providers

We rely on the following providers to run these features:

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal data and we do not run advertising. The only information visible to other people is the nickname and scores you publish to the leaderboards.

5. Keeping and deleting your data

6. Your rights (EU/EEA — GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To erase your data, use the account-deletion route above or contact us.

Our legal bases for processing are: providing the features you request (account, cloud profile, leaderboards) under contract; our legitimate interest in diagnosing crashes and analysing usage to improve the game; and, where required (including App Tracking Transparency on iOS), your consent for analytics, which you can grant or withdraw at any time in the app’s privacy settings.

7. Children

Doodleforce is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children below the age of consent in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Cloud data is protected by Firebase security rules so that each account can only write or delete its own records.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, note it in the app.
