Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Islands Hashi account and the data we hold about you. Islands Hashi is published by MJK APPS SRL. If you have any trouble with the steps below, email contact@fluttech.com and we will delete your account for you.

In short:

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Islands Hashi on your device.
  2. Tap the You tab.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

For security, the app asks you to re-authenticate with Google or Apple before deletion completes — this confirms it is really you and takes a few seconds. Once confirmed, your cloud data and account are removed straight away.

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app (for example, you have already uninstalled it), email contact@fluttech.com from the address associated with your Islands Hashi account, with the subject "Delete my Islands Hashi account". We will action the request within 14 days and reply when it is done.

Local data on your device

Puzzle progress, settings and keys stored locally on your device are removed when you uninstall Islands Hashi. Deleting your account removes your cloud data and signs you out; your single-player progress stays on the device so you can keep playing offline.
