Delete your Scoreminator account and data

Last updated: August 25, 2026 · App: Scoreminator (com.fluttech.scoreminator) · Publisher: Fluttech

You can delete your Scoreminator account and everything stored with it at any time, either from inside the app or by writing to us. Both routes delete the same things.

In the app — takes effect immediately
  1. Open Scoreminator.
  2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
  3. Open the Account card and choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first — this is your sign-in provider confirming it is really you.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, write to contact@fluttech.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Scoreminator account". We will verify the request against that address and confirm when it is done. Please allow up to 30 days; in practice it is much faster.

If you only ever used the app without signing in, there is nothing for us to identify you by: your data is held under an anonymous identifier and can only be deleted from the device itself, by using Delete account in the app or by uninstalling it.

What gets deleted

DataWhat happens
Your account and sign-inDeleted
Your players and game history in the cloudDeleted
Your settings stored in the cloudDeleted
Your name, email and user id from Google or Apple sign-inDeleted
Your membership of every group you belong toRemoved
The seats you had claimed in those groupsReleased, renamed "Deleted player" and retired
The copies on the device you delete fromDeleted

What remains, and why

The results of games played inside a group stay in that group's history. They are the record of games that other people also played, held by their group rather than by you, and each score is attached to a seat on the group's list rather than to your account. Once your deletion has run, nothing in those records points back to your account, your sign-in or your name.

If you also want a particular group's history removed, ask the owner of that group: a group's owner can delete individual games from it, and a group admin can void a game so it no longer counts. Groups themselves cannot currently be deleted from inside the app, so if a group's owner is unreachable — or the owner is the one asking — write to us and we will handle it.

Timing

Note

Deleting your account is irreversible — we cannot restore the data afterwards. If you want to keep a copy first, use Settings → Backup & restore → Export backup in the app to save your players and game history to a file before you delete.
