Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skyscrapers puzzle game (“Skyscrapers”, “the app”), published by MJK APPS SRL (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Skyscrapers for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the app or its content.

2. Accounts

You can play as a guest (an anonymous account) or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.

3. Fair play and acceptable use

When using Skyscrapers you agree not to:

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset scores, or restrict or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the display name you submit. You must not use names that are offensive, infringing, deceptive or otherwise inappropriate. By choosing a display name you allow us to show it, together with your scores, on the public leaderboards. We may remove names we consider inappropriate.

5. Intellectual property

The app, including its puzzles, design, name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Availability of the service

The app and its online features (such as cloud sync and leaderboards) are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may add, change or discontinue features at any time.

7. Advertising

The free version of Skyscrapers shows a single banner ad while you are playing a puzzle, to help keep the app free. Buying Skyscrapers Complete removes ads permanently. What data is processed for advertising, who our advertising partners are and your consent options (including the choice between personalised and non-personalised ads) are explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Purchases

Skyscrapers Complete is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks every puzzle pack, permanently removes ads and adds a skyline avatar for your profile. It is not a subscription: there is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel. Hints are unaffected — they continue to cost keys, which are earned by playing.

Purchases are made and paid for through the App Store or Google Play under that store’s own terms. The entitlement is tied to the store account used to buy it, and you can restore it on another device from Settings → Restore purchases. The price shown in the app at the moment of purchase is the price that applies; we may change prices for future purchases, which never affects one you have already made.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google rather than by us — please use their support channels. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the entitlement is withdrawn.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers). You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because the content is made available to you immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once the purchase has been delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, note significant changes in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and are subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
