Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tendril logic puzzle (“Tendril”, “the app”), published by MJK APPS SRL (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Tendril for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the app or its content.

2. Accounts

You can play the entire game offline. The app signs you in anonymously so your garden and leaderboard entry have somewhere to live; you may also sign in with Google or Apple so your progress follows you to another device. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can permanently delete your account and all its cloud data at any time from You → Account → Delete account inside the app — see our account-deletion page.

3. Fair play and acceptable use

When using Tendril you agree not to:

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset times, or restrict or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the display name and any feedback you submit. You must not use names or content that are offensive, infringing, deceptive or otherwise inappropriate. By choosing a display name you allow us to show it, together with your daily times, on the public leaderboard. We may remove names or content we consider inappropriate.

5. Purchases and virtual items

Tendril offers two optional in-app purchases: Tendril Complete (a one-time unlock for unlimited hints, no ads, every pack and the full daily archive) and a bundle of 10 Seeds. There is no subscription. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their payment terms; we do not handle your payment details. Seeds, water, plants and any content they unlock are a limited, personal licence for use within the app — they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable. Refunds, where available, are handled according to the store’s policy and any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Intellectual property

The app, including its puzzles, design, name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Availability of the service

The app and its online features (such as the cloud profile, the garden and the leaderboard) are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may add, change or discontinue features at any time. The single-player game is designed to work offline, so a service interruption never prevents you from solving puzzles.

8. Advertising

Tendril is supported by advertising: a single banner ad shown while you are solving. There are no full-screen ads and no rewarded videos, and buying Tendril Complete removes advertising entirely. 9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, note significant changes in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and are subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
