1. The agreement

By installing or using Waxlane you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement; your purchase or download is also subject to their own store terms.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Waxlane on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer or modify the app, extract its level data for another product, or use it to build a competing service.

3. Accounts and names

• The game is playable without an account. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional.
• A nickname you put on a leaderboard is visible to every player. Choose a name that would not embarrass you in public.
• We may remove or rename a leaderboard row that carries an offensive, impersonating or advertising name, and we may remove a row we believe was obtained by cheating.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your provider account. If you lose it, we cannot restore the game data tied to it.

4. Fair play

Do not modify the app, intercept or forge its network traffic, or use tools to submit results the game did not produce. Leaderboard rows found to be forged are deleted, and repeated attempts may end your access to the boards.

5. In-game currency and purchases

• Ink drops are earned in play, and can also be bought in packs in the Shop. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that takes the banner away and comes with ink drops. While the Shop shows the products as "Coming soon", nothing can be bought.
• Ink drops, hints and seals are a licence to use a game feature, not property. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts, and may be adjusted or reset if a bug creates them. Bought ink drops are credited once, to the account that first verified the purchase.
• Payments are made to Apple or Google under their store terms, and refunds are handled by the store under its own rules. A refunded purchase may be taken back in the game.
• Remove Ads can be restored from the Shop with the same store account it was bought with.
• Ink drops held in your cloud save go with it when you delete your account; ink drops on your device stay until you erase the device's progress or delete the app.

5b. Advertising

The app shows non-personalised ads from Google AdMob: a video you choose to watch in exchange for a reward, and one banner beneath the dyed cloth at the end of a level. No ad interrupts a maze, no ad is required to finish the game, and the app does not track you across other apps. A reward is credited only when the ad network confirms the video was watched. What the ads software receives is described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, including the leaderboards and the cloud save, with or without notice. Daily challenges depend on our servers being reachable; we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may require you to update to a supported version to keep using the online features.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for lost game progress. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop at any time by deleting the app; deleting your account is described in the account deletion page. We may end your access if you break these terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Questions: contact@fluttech.com.
